Layout

There are two floor plans, A and B, with the same size and a mirrored layout. Both have four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a tub. The living room, dining room and den form the social area, with the balcony facing the living and dining room. The family room is on the bedroom side, apart from where you receive guests.

Each condo includes a maid’s room and bathroom with a laundry area, a storage room and three parking spaces. The service area opens to its own elevator and service lobby, separate from the three main elevators. The two penthouses are on the top level.

Finishes

The condos have marble floors, an Italian kitchen, gypsum ceilings and double laminated glass windows. The primary bathroom has a rain shower, tiled walls, marble or granite countertops and Kohler fixtures.

Amenities by age

The social areas are planned so each family member has their own space. Kids have a splash park and a kids’ club, and teens have their own lounge. Adults have a gym, a padel court and a lap pool. If your family arrives from another country, having a place to train and a place for the kids to play without leaving the building makes the first weeks easier.

Before you choose a floor
