Uptown: a mixed-use building on Calle Uruguay
Uptown® is a mixed-use project on Calle Uruguay, in Panama City. It brings together furnished condo suites, private amenities, retail space, restaurants and a rooftop for owners.
It is designed for short-term rental investment. The Lockout concept combines two independent spaces in one property: you can live in one and rent the other, or rent both at the same time.
Amenities
The upper levels have private amenities for residents: an infinity pool, jacuzzi and bar on the rooftop (levels 3500 to 3600), a Chef’s Kitchen and a Wellness Club with a gym (levels 2500 to 2600), and co-working on level 400. The suites range from 753 sq ft (70 m²) to 1,410 sq ft (131 m²). They are delivered furnished and include appliances: refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer center and VRF air conditioning. Empresas Bern, a developer with more than 48 years in Panama, handles the full management of the units that are rented.
