Each condo has provisions for multisplit or VRF air conditioning, a laundry area and full electrical provisions for a dryer, water heater, oven and stove.
Finishes
The condos are delivered with imported porcelain floors, imported tile on bathroom walls, an Italian kitchen with sintered stone countertops, and imported fixtures and hardware.
The building
The building has a full backup generator, a reserve water tank, 4 high-speed elevators and 24-hour security monitoring. X The Building is developed by F&F Properties, a company with more than 40 years of experience and the developer of F&F Tower, Vitri Tower and Torre Bicsa in Panama City. The architecture is by Pinzón Lozano & Asociados Arquitectos, a firm with more than 35 years in the field.
